EDU PASSION 2018
At that time, SMAN 3 is divided into three parts. There were field 3 & 5 as X1, corridor 3 & 5 as X2, and class 12 area as X3.
In stage X1, there were many stands that contain from various universities also there stand of school. In the stand we can ask about the university listed. There were guards like representatives from each university who will answer all questions from visitors of the stand. At the front of the stand there was already a number and the name of the university that makes it easy to recognize it. There was also a school stand located right in front of the school entrance. The stand was like an information center for visitors. On the other side, there was also a school stand that contains a variety of research results by trilogy and there was also such as binocular.
The main stage was also provided, on the stage where the opening of Edu Passion. And some opening performances like KPA, band 3, etc. There were chairs for visitors to sit right in front of the main stage.
X2 stage, there was a medium stage that serves to place for several universities to make presentations. For the audience, can choose to sit in a chair or sit in the carpet. On the left side was filled with banners of Edu Passion.
X3 stage was an entire class of 12 upper and lower floors used as a venue for selected faculty presenting the excellence of each university. Divided into 4 sessions each session filled by different university. Schedule of time majors and faculty who will presentations have been listed in front of each class and also shared in the group chat.
And I as one of the committee Edu Passion with division CONTRASTIK part consumption. I have my own impression about this event. From a few days before the event day. We and some teachers had prepare everything needed. There were even some committees who stay at school. On the day of the event, our committee is required to arrive at 5 am to re-check out all of the preparation.
It is a fun experience to meet and interact with many people. When we received some complaints from some faculty which is certainly a lesson for us in the future.
